– short description of activities

  • Coordinating on preparation of short-term and long-term protection plans and improvement of existing state of environment for F B&H:  long-term strategic documents on environmental protection; National Environmental Action plan, protection plans and measures of protected areas of live and un-live nature that receives a special protection of Federation, as well as on the documents which prevent undertaking of certain activities in environment that can be harmful in wider surrounding of F B&H;  ;

  • Developing of legal and other acts from environmental protection field;

  • Developing and undertaking measures with aim of global environment preservation, natural communities (biological communities), rational usage of natural resources and energy in accordance to the principles of balanced development without more significant damaging of ecological balance  (polluters cadastre, etc.);

  • Carrying out the permanent preservation of biodiversity origin and natural biological communities and preservation of ecological balance (stability), live and un-live nature quality preservation;

  • Follow up of international instruments (conventions, protocols, agreements, etc), and especially the ones signed and ratified by B&H;

  • Carrying out the other activities within its scope of work.
