Preparation of
drafts laws and proposals for laws, other regulations and general acts in the
scope of Ministry’s activities;

Follow up
international contracts (conventions, protocols, agreements) relevant for the
scope of Ministry’s activities;

Initiation and
preparation of proposals for ratification of international contracts;

Lead legal
proceedings in cases of violation of federal laws that are relevant for the
scope of Ministry’s activities;
-
Lead secondary act
from scope of Ministry’s activities;
-
Carrying out the
other activities within its scope of work.
